Next time will double the shrimp.&#8221;<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"grey-text uppercase bold\">Ingredients<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"rd_ingredients\">\n<li class=\"rd_ingredient\"><span class=\"rd_name\">2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"rd_ingredient\"><span class=\"rd_name\">2 tablespoons olive oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"rd_ingredient\"><span class=\"rd_name\">1 tablespoon minced fresh chives<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"rd_ingredient\"><span class=\"rd_name\">1 garlic clove, minced<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"rd_ingredient\"><span class=\"rd_name\">1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"rd_ingredient\"><span class=\"rd_name\"><b class=\"sIngredient\">DIPPING SAUCE:<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"rd_ingredient\"><span class=\"rd_name\">1 cup fresh cilantro leaves<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"rd_ingredient\"><span class=\"rd_name\">1 cup fat-free mayonnaise<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"rd_ingredient\"><span class=\"rd_name\">1 jalapeno pepper, seeded<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"rd_ingredient\"><span class=\"rd_name\">1 garlic clove, peeled<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"rd_ingredient\"><span class=\"rd_name\">1 tablespoon white vinegar<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"rd_ingredient\"><span class=\"rd_name\">1 teaspoon sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"rd_ingredient\"><span class=\"rd_name\">Dash cayenne pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"span9 offset1\">\n<h4 class=\"grey-text uppercase bold\">Directions<\/h4>\n<dl class=\"numbered-list\">\n<dt><span class=\"rd_name\">In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the cilantro, oil, chives and garlic. Add the shrimp; seal bag and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.<\/span><\/dt>\n<dt><span class=\"rd_name\"> In a blender, combine the sauce ingredients; cover and process until blended. Chill until serving.<\/span><\/dt>\n<dt><span class=\"rd_name\"> Thread shrimp onto four metal or soaked wooden skewers. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until shrimp turn pink.
