This delicious recipe will easily convince you to make every day &#8220;Taco Tuesday.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3 class=\"recipeHeader\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n<div>\n<ul id=\"ingredients-list\">\n<li>\n<h4>For lime crema:<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>8 oz. sour cream<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp. grated lime zest<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. lime juice<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>For grilled fish:<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>1 lb. mahi-mahi or halibut fillets<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 Tbsp. olive oil<\/li>\n<li>3 Tbsp. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.savoryspiceshop.com\/bajan-seasoning\">Bajan Seasoning<\/a><\/li>\n<li>juice of half a lime<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>For taco fixings:<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>8 corn or small flour tortillas<\/li>\n<li>1 cup shredded cabbage<\/li>\n<li>1 cup fresh cilantro leaves<\/li>\n<li>1 cup crumbled queso fresco, or other mild cheese<\/li>\n<li>1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered<\/li>\n<li>1 avocado, diced<\/li>\n<li>1 cup thinly sliced red onions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3 class=\"recipeHeader\">Notes<\/h3>\n<p>These tacos work well with chicken or shrimp and any of our Caribbean-inspired blends, like Jamaican Jerk Seasoning or Caribbean All-Purpose Curry Powder.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"recipeHeader\">Directions<\/h3>\n<p><strong>For lime crema:<\/strong> Combine ingredients together in a small bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 min. before serving.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For grilled fish:<\/strong> Preheat grill. Place fish filets on a baking sheet and rub with oil and then coat each filet with Bajan Seasoning. Grill for a few min. per side, until cooked through with nice grill marks. Remove from heat, sprinkle with lime juice and cut into 1\/2- to 1-inch chunks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For taco fixings:<\/strong> Place tortillas on grill for 30 to 60 seconds per side.
