Just make sure to keep a close eye on it, so you don&#8217;t overcook the salmon! Two to three minutes is all you need under a hot broiler. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\nINGREDIENTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cooking spray, for pan <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>pineapple rings, fresh or canned\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>large salmon fillet (about 3 lbs.)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kosher salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Freshly ground black pepper3 tbsp.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>melted butter3 tbsp.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>sweet chili sauce2 tbsp.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>freshly chopped cilantro3&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>cloves garlic, minced2 tsp.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>freshly grated ginger2 tsp.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>toasted sesame oil1\/2 tsp.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>crushed red pepper flakes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thinly sliced green onions, for garnish<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lime wedges, for serving<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\nDIRECTIONS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil and grease with cooking spray. In the center of the foil, lay pineapple slices in an even layer.<\/li><li>Season both sides of the salmon with salt and pepper and place on top of pineapple slices.<\/li><li>In a small bowl, whisk together butter, chili sauce, cilantro, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Brush all over salmon fillet.<\/li><li>Bake until the salmon is cooked through, about 25 minutes. Switch the oven to broil, and broil for 2 minutes, or until fish is slightly golden.
